Norfolk Southern Corporation's Exhibit Car on Display

The Southeastern Railway Museum is pleased to announce that the Norfolk Southern Corporation's Exhibit Car will be on display July 10 through
July 20, 2003. The Exhibit Car features interactive displays, including a locomotive simulator and a train dispatching center, depicting the history
and modern operation of the Norfolk Southern transportation system. Some 1.5 million people in more than 325 cities have viewed the
traveling showcase since 1971.
The NS Exhibit Car will visit only 17 locations on the company's rail system in 2003.
The Exhibit Car is a rebuilt passenger rail car with displays depicting the history and modern operation of the NS transportation system.
A locomotive simulator, the car's most popular display, puts guests in the engineer's seat in control of throttle, brake and horn.
The Exhibit Car will be on the site of the Southeastern Railway Museum in Duluth, July 10-20.
This is the southernmost scheduled visit and the only visit in Georgia for this year.
The Gift Shop will feature NS logo apparel and accessories during this period.
