Past Events 2008

• April 28 and 29 Stone Mountain #104 moves to SRM. A dedicated crew of museum volunteers lead by Dale Grice and Andrew Durden spent Monday and Tuesday relocating the museum's most recent donation to the museum.

• April 26 Boy Scout Merit badge day hosted in conjunction with the Piedmont Division NMRA

Locomotives:
• A diesel locomotive NYO&W 104 or Southern #8202 provides the motive power for our on-site train rides.
  
• Our steam locomotive Georgia Power #97 is not available due to mandatory FRA inspections and maintenance.

N.R.H.S. Meetings:

Two Atlanta Chapter National Railway Historical Society (N.R.H.S.) meetings are scheduled each month. These are not just for chapter members - the general public is welcome.
• The Board of Directors meeting is held on the second Thursday of each month. These meetings start at 7:30 in the museum's audio/visual room in building #1. (Click here for directions to the museum)
  
• The chapter meeting is held on the fourth Saturday of each month at the museum. Meetings include a brief program and social time
